House Guidelines
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Rentals: Once your reservation is made, a deposit equal to 50% of your total stay is required. You can pay by check to Limpkin Lodge Operations, LLC. If you need to reschedule a confirmed reservation, there is a $10.00 rebooking fee. If you need to cancel, you will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee per room, with the balance of your deposit refunded back to you. A fully refundable CASH SECURITY DEPOSIT of $100.00 per room is required at check-in, and will be refunded after an inspection of the rooms and common areas is performed at check-out.
Maximum Length of Stay: Not to exceed 6 months in any 1 room or any combination of rooms.
Damages of any kind to property and furnishings or failure to follow guidelines will result in a partial or total forfeit of the security deposit.
Check in is 4pm-8pm and Check out is 12noon.
There are shared common areas with refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, TV and microwave oven. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, cups, and glasses are all provided.
Bed linens and pillows are provided. There is a $25.00 per person Refundable Deposit charged to use our Towel Sets,or bring your own towels. No Laundry Facilities are available. We do not provide daily maid service, so let us know if you need a change of sheets or towels.
Our Lodge is smoke-free, and is not suitable for pets or for children under age 18.
